Returns, postage and packaging
Returns policy
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt by completing the form below, providing they are in original condition and packaging, and are resalable.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an exchange is requested because you have ordered the wrong size, you will be asked to cover the postage costs.
Please note that we only exchange items like for like. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

Shipping information
Standard delivery
Orders placed before 1pm are processed and despatched daily with a Second Class service, so you can expect your order within three to five working days.
Our postage and packaging fees vary depending on the weight of your order.
Express delivery
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. There is an additional fee for express delivery.
