Anorexia

Anorexia is an eating disorder where you worry about your weight, want to lose weight and eat less and less food. It's a serious condition, but with the right help, you can recover and take back your life.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal, human feeling of fear or panic. When we face stressful situations, it can set off our brain’s alarm bell system, which tells us something isn’t right and that we need to deal with it.

depression

We all feel low or down at times, but if your negative emotions last a long time or feel very severe, you may have depression. Depression is a mood disorder where you feel very down all the time.

ocd

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a type of anxiety disorder. It can be serious, but it is treatable.

bulimia

Bulimia is an eating disorder where you can get into a cycle of “bingeing” (over-eating) and “purging” (trying to control your weight by making yourself sick, using laxatives, or over-exercising).

ptsd

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) happens after you experience something extremely frightening, like violence, abuse, rape or a life-threatening situation.

adhd

ADHD is a condition where you have lots of energy and have difficulty concentrating. You might also find it hard to control what you say and do.

bipolar

Bipolar disorder is a disorder in which your mood can become extremely high or low, with episodes lasting for days or weeks on end.
