what's on for yrna?

Through the 2023 YRNA Fun Run we have been able to raise over $34,000, which will be used to support our upcoming projects. These
include the introduction of our school based peer-support programs and our event mental health first aid.

Schools
Our school based programs continue to grow, and thanks to the support of our generous donors, we are able to provide these programs completely free to over 10,000 school-aged children around the state. By providing these programs for free, basic knowledge around 'how to help a friend' becomes feasible and easily accessible.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid skills based, early-intervention training programs mobilise and empower communities by equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to recognise, connect and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis. This funding will support us in undertaking MHFA training, which will be delivered at events around the state to people in need.

Supporting you and those around you

Whether you want to understand more about how you're feeling and find ways to feel better, or you want to support someone who's struggling, we
can help.
